Research fee policy

What it costs

• $25 per person for a regular travel request.
• $50 per person for a multi-city international travel request.

The higher rate applies only when a request is both international and multi-city — that is, more than one destination city, separate multi-city flight legs, or travelers departing from different cities that must be coordinated. An ordinary connecting airport is not an extra destination.

Who it applies to

The fee applies to every traveler included on the request, including children and infants, and is charged once per traveler per inquiry.

Non-refundable

OnTime Getaway charges a non-refundable research fee of $25 USD per person for regular travel requests or $50 USD per person for multi-city international travel requests. This applies to all travelers, including children and infants. The fee covers research into your requested travel arrangements. Travel reservations and supplier payments are handled separately. Paying the research fee does not reserve flights, accommodations, or other travel services.

How you pay

Payment is by credit or debit card only, through a secure checkout. OnTime Getaway does not accept cash, checks, wire transfers or peer-to-peer payment apps, and never stores your card details.

Timing

Research begins after your payment is verified. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to receive a travel quote, excluding weekends and holidays.
