What we collect
Your account details (name, username, email address), the travel information you enter in your inquiry — travelers, destinations, dates, preferences, budget range and notes — and a record of your research fee payment.
What we never ask for
We do not collect passport scans, passport numbers or Social Security numbers. Card details are entered on the payment processor's secure checkout and are never stored by OnTime Getaway; we keep only a payment reference, amount, date and status.
How your information is used
Your information is used to research your travel request, to communicate with you about it, and to keep an accurate record of payments. Only Teresa Coleman, the owner of OnTime Getaway, can see client records. Clients can only see their own inquiries.
Your choices
You can review your inquiry details in your dashboard at any time, and you can request a correction or deletion of your information by emailing Info@ontimegetaway.com. Payment records are retained where required for accounting purposes.
