The research fee

The research fee is $25 per person for regular travel requests and $50 per person for multi-city international travel requests. It applies to every traveler on the request, including children and infants, and is charged once per traveler per inquiry.

This fee is non-refundable. It is not a deposit and is not credited toward a booking. The fee covers travel research only; travel reservations and supplier payments are handled separately.
