How it works
OnTime Getaway researches travel options tailored to you. Here is exactly what happens.
1. Share your travel preferences
Create your account and work through a guided form: who is travelling, where you would like to go, your dates or flexibility, and which services you want researched — flights, hotels and resorts, all-inclusive stays, cruises, vacation rentals, rental cars, airport transfers, trains, tours and activities, and travel insurance information. Your answers save as you go, so you can finish later.
2. Review your request
Before anything is submitted, you see one summary page with every answer and the calculated research fee. You can go back and change any section.
3. Pay your research fee
Pay the non-refundable research fee by credit or debit card through a secure checkout. Your card details are never stored by OnTime Getaway. Your inquiry is confirmed once the payment is verified.
4. Track your inquiry
Your dashboard shows your reference number, research status, payment receipt and any updates Teresa shares. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to receive a travel quote, excluding weekends and holidays.
What we never ask for
The inquiry form does not collect passport scans, passport numbers or Social Security numbers. Card details are handled by the payment processor and are never stored by OnTime Getaway.
